This site is all about providing real estate market information that is specific to Gig Harbor along with National real estate market information. What is happening in this little fishing village is certainly affected by what is going on nationally, although Gig Harbor does seem to do better than most markets.

I have been analyzing the Gig Harbor market on a weekly basis since 2004 and many of these reports are posted in Market History. This analysis enabled me to counsel my clients that the market was going down in 2006. At that time, most people thought the market was going up.
